The foundation of my approach is not only what I studied, but what I had to survive before I ever studied it.
I didn’t learn resilience in theory.
I learned it when I lost my beloved son Jonas — and still had to find a way to live, lead, and show up in a world that didn’t stop just because mine did.
I know what happens to the brain and nervous system when life collapses. I know how clarity and confidence disappear when grief hits the body. And I know what it means to keep leading, deciding, and functioning while carrying something no person should ever have to carry.
This is why I studied NLP, neuroscience, and positive psychology — not to collect methods, but to understand what had carried me and to refine it into a framework that supports people and organizations in becoming strong from the inside out.
